Doctors chase music is...
Honestly bad. It's extremely repetitive, and completely out of theme. Like, add a horn into it playing a weird melody, and it would be better on clown.
Did you guys rush the music through development? Because to be quite honest, don't release it with the game and leave him as a "heartbeat" killer until you up the quality. I mean, hell, got employ Jon Rob on YouTube an ask to use his music. I get that you think it's "too loud" and "drowns out game sounds" and all, but I bet if you paid him and said "tone down the volume a tad," he'd make a banging track. Even Mr. Envy made a better one, and I'm not a fan of his doctor track.
Obviously there are more important issues at hand, but damn... Wasted opportunity to involve your community in a way that doesn't screw over half of it.

They said the doctor was annoying to play against but his chase music is the most annoying music in the whole game.

It might just be me, but I’m likely to turn down the volume when going against Doc. I’ve tried listening to his new music, and it just gives me a headache. It’s nonsensical, not even in the Doc way.

Demogorgon's chase music was different on the PTB. Maybe it will be the same for the Doctor. I've got to admit its a bit repetitive and grating right now.
But I do like how the weirdness of the music make it a bit harder to evaluate the direction and distance. I think its appropriate for The Doctor who like to tinker with his Terror Radius a lot.

@TheBilldozer I enjoy the ambiance when he's distant. its pretty creepy, especially in The Treatment Theatre, but the actual chase music could be improved.

I feel the same way.
It's extremely repetitive and gives me a headache hearing it. The other unique chase musics are fine, it's just his. Not a fan.

Tbh I find Doc's music terrible. It reminds me of fingernails scratching on a chalkboard. 1000x more annoying than his game mechanic.
I wish the devs would include an option in the menu that allowed players to select whether they want to hear the standard chase music or the killer's own one.

I love the music when he's near by. I think it's very menacing. However, the ACTUAL chase music is terrible IMO. it sounds like it would annoy me right away.

It's so whiny and hurts my ears after a while. And i'm a stealth player, so I hear it for a while usually.

The 1st and 2nd layer sounds actually really good and creepy but they really need to change the 3rd and 4th layer, it's just bad and annoying.

It totally makes sense to include such an option. Maybe the devs will do it if more people ask for it.

I can't form a true opinion on this until I hear it through my headset. One of the things that bugged me about doctor was the sound. Especially with the add-on where he sounds like he is right behind you. I could barely hear my chat and it's 1-2 clocks from Max party

Its supposed to be unsettling, doctor makes one go mad and TORTURE his patients.
If you're so disturbed by it, then there we go, their point was made.
It can't get any more obvious than that.
(Even though I do agree that Jon Rob's should make this whole game soundtrack, including doc song.)
