The doctor addons, do they still stack?

So now that the doctor has been updated i noticed his range addons no longer says *stacks at the end, but does anyone know if they still do?

And does the interview tape stack with the inreased shock range addons still aswell?

It used to make the 20 meter beam into a 35 meter beam if combined, but is this still the case?
