Played 5 games as Doc, new Ruin, Surveillance, Thrilling, and BW. The sheer consistency with the static blast was great. Immediately putting survivors a madness tier was my wet dream for Doc, plus the fact you can actually negate loops as doc is great, as the cooldown is now 1.5 seconds, I can time the shock right and hit people if they dont drop the pallet down early. In my opinion I think hes in a good spot.
