his static blast has kind of a long cooldown for how SHORT matches are due to ruin being nerfed.
I'd say in mid-high ranks doc is more decent but like most killers suffers from gens being popped so quickly

I don't play killer almost at all tbh but I've started to learn how to play it and enjoy (Im a survivor main) BUT ever since the new doc update I've honestly liked it like the new map is so cool and like playing against him is fun u know, even if as a survivor I dont sometimes do well I still try to enjoy it.

Never had more fun with him. Seems to be at least B tier imo

I agree. I never learned Doc, but I'm gonna get him to lvl 50. He just lacks map pressure. No as bad as Clown or Plague, but still lacking.

I wouldn't call it normal as I have seen plenty where 1 is considered good.
Now I will agree that I typically see 10 as being "good" but't want to assume because you know the saying:
"When you assume you make an a$$ out of u and me" and you seem like a nice fella'

As survivor he still sucks to go against just because it’s so annoying and unfun. As killer he seems very strong.

He haves map pressure, at least gen control. Most of my matches end in 3 gen

He's good for torture. It's great to have on Whispers and Distressing, and then whenever Whispers lights up you know you can use Static Blast to good effect. Though, the cool down is too dang long, so in short matches you hardly get to use it.

It is impossible to play with him with only 6 fps but his power is cool, and his new music does not tell me how far or near he is from me when I play survivor.

Im so, so thankful they removed the stances, I simply hated having to switch between treatment and punishment.
His power now allows him to slow the game down and cut loops more effectively than before, plus, his theme is cool AF, im thankful they changed the chase part to be more intense.
