My Conclusion on New Ruin (on low mobility killer)

After a few match with new ruin by playing survivor and killer. I found out :

Ruin change doesn't effect on high tier killer at all.

For low tier killer, New Ruin only shine when there is 3 survivor left in the match and totally useless if all survivor still alive,

Tips for playing low mobility killer : quickly kill 1 survivor.
