I decided to make a compilation of all the perks I've made since April 2019, when I made my first one.

I did it mainly for convenience sake; I don't think anyone reads any old posts on the forum, so having all my perks collected in one post would be more convenient.

That said, majority of the perks didn't age well ;(

Aside from perks, I wrote ideas for 3 independent survivors, 1 independent killer and 1 chapter, I mention it if perks come from any of these places.


Killer Perks:


Monstrous Shrine (rework):

Abandon hope, all ye who enter here.

All survivors who enter the Basement suffer from following Status Effects:

Tier 1 of Perk: Deafened, Blindness.

Tier 2 of Perk: Exhausted, Hindered.

Tier 3 of Perk: Exposed, Broken.

Higher tiers of the Perk include all effects of the lower tiers. All Status Effects are cleared upon leaving the Basement (in case of survivor already suffering from Status Effect before entering the Basement, the recovery timer of the Status Effect is paused while in the Basement and not removed after leaving).


Corpse Collector

Start the Trial with one Token.

Grants You the ability Mori the Survivor in Dying State that would be Sacrificed on their next Hook; doing so consumes the Token.

Grants You the ability to interact with Corpses of Dead Survivors as if they were Survivors in Dying State. Increases speed while Carrying Corpses by 10/20/30%.


Engraved Fear

Your brutality is engraved into your victims' minds. Good Skill Checks' zones are removed for Survivors that have been hooked. Effect lasts for 40/50/60 seconds after a Survivor has been unhooked. Survivors receive a 2/4/6% regression penalty when missing any Skill Check while under the effect of Engraved Fear.


Mine and only Mine

What's yours is yours, and what's theirs is yours.

The Auras of Survivors that are searching through Chests are revealed to you when standing within 48 metres of range.

Each time a Survivor picks up an Item, their Aura is revealed for 3/4/5 seconds.


1/ Animal Voice (chapter perk)

After Survivor disturbs Crows, Crows follow them for 5/10/15 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times. At 3 stacks Survivor’s location is revealed to the Killer.


2/Strike from Shadows (chapter perk)

After injuring a Survivor without triggering chase Your Terror Radius is reduced to 0 meters for 4/5/6 seconds and Red Stain disappears for the same time.


3/Ambush (chapter perk)

By standing still for 2 seconds, you gain a Token up to a maximum of 2/3/4 Tokens. Each Token increases Your movement speed by 3% speed. Speed boost lasts for 5 seconds after moving.


Rage of the Beast (DLC Killer perk)

Each wound fuels your rage. After being stunned by a Pallet, You can destroy the Pallet that stunned You 50% faster. Destroying this Pallet grants You 3/4/5% Haste Status Effect for a duration of 10 seconds.


Shared Pain (DLC Killer perk)

Putting a Survivor into Dying State inflicts them with Broken Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds. Any Survivor that interacts with the Survivor affected by Shared Pain is put into Injured State. If the Survivor was already Injured, they're inflicted with Broken Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds instead. The Shared Pain affects other Survivors only on their first interaction they have with the Broken Survivor.


Unchained Beast (DLC Killer perk)

Being restrained only makes You angrier. After being stunned or blinded by Survivors for a total of 10/7/5 seconds the Perk activates. Next time You suffer from a stun or blind, You gain 5% Haste Status Effect and all Survivors are put into Exposed Status Effect for 45 seconds. The Aura of the Survivor that triggered this perk is shown to You during this duration.


Destiny Bond

Injuring two different Survivors causes them to suffer from Linked Status Effect for 45 seconds. Survivors that suffer from Linked Status Effect can see each others' Auras within 24 metres range, however if the Survivors come within distance of 16 metres of each other, one of them will be put into Dying State.

Survivors that are already in Dying State cannot be chosen as target of this perk; (meaning that approaching downed survivor that is your linked partner will put you in Dying 100% of the times)

The perk does not activate if any of the Survivors is in the Killer's direct contact. (so the killer can't chase you with agitation/iron grasp)

Destiny Bond can only be triggered once every 80/70/60 seconds.


Hex: Blood Bond

A Hex that hinders one's healing ability.

Hitting a Survivor while the Hex Totem is active applies the Infected Status Effect.

Survivors that suffer from Infected Status Effect can only heal up to 70/60/50% of healing progression while in Injured State. Any actions that would instantly heal an entire Health State, instead heal only up to this limit. Infected Status Effect lasts until every Survivor suffering from it heals up to the max limit of healing progression.

The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.


False Hope

When all is lost, they hold on to the last glimmer of hope... but none may escape Your grasp.

Once Hatch has spawned, gain ability to see Hatch's Aura within 24 metres. Standing still on top ot the Hatch for 2 seconds activates the Perk.

Next time Survivor interacts with the Hatch, the Hatch is closed for 40/50/60 seconds and all Survivors' location is revealed for 5 seconds. Hatch is blocked by The Entity and cannot be opened until timer expires. Hatch automatically opens again when timer expires. This effect can only be activated once per Trial.

While the timer is running, all Survivors gain Exposed Status Effect.




Survivor Perks:


Eyes on Me - after being in a chase for 30/20/10 seconds Your aura is revealed to all survivors within 32/48/64 meters and You gain bonus 100% bloodpoints in Boldness category. Perk is deactivated when getting hit or escaping chase.


Acrobatics - while performing a vault press the Active Ability button to cancel the vault. Causes Exhaustion for 30/25/20 seconds.


Blessed - increases other Survivors' Healing speed towards yourself by 25/50/75%. While injured your aura is revealed to other survivors withing 8 meter.


Technician (rework) - 50% chance is really not fun mechanic. Now after hitting a Great skill check you gain a Token, up to 1/2/3 Tokens. In case an explosion would occur for any reason (including teammates working on same generator), the explosion is prevented and a token is consumed.


Psychic (DLC Survivor perk) - Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. Allows user to see aura readings seen by other survivors within 8 meter range. This occurs for up to 1/2/3 Survivor(s). Psychic trumps Blindness effect affecting the user. If other survivors are affected by Blindness however, no auras are received.


Overprotective (DLC Survivor perk) - You have insatiable urge to protect everyone. Grants 6/9/12% speed penalty towards all interactions when in Negative state. Grants 3/6/9% additional speed towards all interactions when in Positive state.


Negative state occurs when:

-You’re within 24 meters of other survivor that’s in lower health state than You.

-More than 1 survivor (not including Yourself) is injured, in dying state or hooked.

-More than 1 survivor has been killed.


Positive state occurs when no Negative state requirements are met and after:

-You heal or rescue other survivor.

-You take a hit for another survivor (Protection Hit event).


Twin Sun (DLC Survivor perk) – Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. While inside of the Killer's Terror Radius Your Aura is revealed to other survivors within 16/24/32 meters. If there’s other survivor with Twin Moon perk however, Your aura is always visible and You both can see each others’ Auras at any distance.


Chatty (DLC Survivor perk) - Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. Share all Your aura readings to other survivors within 8 meter range. This occurs for up to 1/2/3 Survivor(s). Chatty trumps Blindness effect affecting other Survivors. If the Chatty user is affected by Blindness however, no auras are shared.


Skittish (DLC Survivor perk) – You won’t let Yourself be caught. You gain a 5/6/7% Haste Status Effect for 15 seconds when within 24 meters of other survivors being injured, put in dying state or hooked. Skittish also triggers after survivor has been sacrificed.


Twin Moon (DLC Survivor perk)  - Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. While outside of the Killer's Terror Radius Your Aura is revealed to other survivors within 16/24/32 meters. If there’s other survivor with Twin Sun perk however, Your aura is always visible and You both can see each others’ Auras at any distance.


Madcap - Be it in life or death, no one can ignore Your presence.

While You're alive, grant all survivors 5% increased speed to Healing, Sabotage, Unhooking, Cleansing, Opening Exit Gates, Chest Search, Generator Repair, Vaulting, reduced consumption rate of item charges, increased recovery from Exhaustion, Hemorrhage, Mangled, Hindered and Blindness Status Effects and slighly increase Luck of all survivors.

While You're hooked or sacrificied, all bonuses are increased by 4/3/2 times and debuff survivors instead. While a Madcap user is hooked or sacrificed, the perk is deactived for all other users in the Trial.


Paranoid

You're extremely sensitive of others' stares. When Your Aura is revealed by other Survivors gain 1 Token (max of 1), when it is revealed by Killler gain 2 Tokens (max of 2), for a max of 3 Tokens. Tokens last for 15 seconds. Gain certain effects depending on Token count:

1 Token: You can hear Voices when within 20 meters of other Survivors.

2 Tokens: You can hear Voices when within 28 meters of the Killer.

3 Tokens: Your Aura can't be revealed by anyone, Survivors and Killer alike.

Effects don't stack, You will only receive one effect at a time. Perk is deactivated while You're in Dying state.


Blood Price

You start the Trial with 3 Tokens.

While You have at least 1 Token, gain an additional 50/75/100 % speed increase to healing up others. After you have healed other Survivors for the equivalent of one Health State, lose 1 Token and substract one Health State from Yourself (Healthy => Injured, Injured=>Dying).

Blood Price is not active when using a Med-Kit to heal.


Final Spurt

When You think You're done for, sudden turn of the tide fills you with new energy.

After recovering from Dying State, for 15 seconds, any damage taken that would put You into the Dying State will instead apply the Deep Wound Status Effect. You have 10/15/20 seconds to mend Yourself.

The Perk is deactivated after use, and reactivates after being Hooked.


1/Friend of the Forest (chapter perk)

100% of the time, cawing Crows give you a visual cue when you are within a range of 64/96/128 metres. Friend of the Forest has a cool-down of 5 seconds. Crows can be triggered both by Survivors and Killer.


2/ Distraction (chapter perk)

After getting injured by basic attack, perk activates. For next 20/25/30 seconds, when quickly vaulting over obstacles or hiding in Lockers, vault and hide actions' visual and sound notifications are triggered for all possible objects within 32 meters.


3/Selfless Sacrifice (chapter perk)

When in Dying State, press the Active Ability button to trigger the perk. While perk is active, bleed-out speed is increased by 20%, and all other Survivors are granted 3/6/9% additional speed when repairing, sabotaging, healing, unhooking, vaulting, cleansing, opening Exit Gates and searching Chests.


One More Day

After being Hooked 2 times, perk activates.

The next time You're unhooked, instantly heal one Health State and gain 5/6/7% Haste Status Effect and 25% additional speed when vaulting for 60 seconds.

After the perk ends, You're immediately put into the Dying State. Perk gets deactivated if You're put into the Dying State before the timer ends.


Fool's Paradise

After not moving for 7/5/3 seconds, perk activates.

While perk is active, You're inflicted with Oblivious and Blindness Status Effect, Your vision is obscured and You gain immunity to all non-lethal effects from perks, add-ons, offerings, Killer Powers.


Prudent Guard

You learn from others' mistakes and use this knowledge to help others. Each time another Survivor is put into Dying State, gain 1 Token, up to a maximum of 2/4/6 Tokens.

While within 12 metres of Hooked Survivor or Survivor in a Dying State, You leave no Scratch Marks. For each Token, the range is increased by 2 metres, up to a maximum of 24 metres.


Gambler's Luck

Where others see failure, You see profit. On a failed Repair Skill Check, there is a 30% chance that Generator explosion will be prevented and considered Great Skill Check instead.

Gambler's Luck is affected by Luck; any Luck gain is multiplied 1/2/3 times and added to this perk's activation chance. Multiplied Luck is only used for this perk, all other Luck-based interactions are not affected.


Improvised Tools

You have a knack to use any materials at hand. After cleansing a Totem or sabotaging a Hook, gain 1 Token in every Perk that uses them. This effect can only be triggered once every 30/25/20 seconds.


Dying Wish

Your way of life inspires others to work harder.

After dying, grants other Survivors 15% additional speed when repairing, sabotaging, healing, unhooking, vaulting, cleansing, opening Exit Gates and searching Chests for 40/50/60 seconds.

Upon dying, all Hooks within 32 metres range break and You gain 100% bonus Bloodpoints in the Boldness Category. You are awarded Bloodpoints for breaking the Hooks equal to the amount You'd gain from sabotaging them.


Soothing Presence

When you have healed other Survivors for the equivalent of one Health State or rescued a Survivor from a Hook, Soothing Presence activates.

For the next 30/60/90 seconds, other Survivors within 8 metres of range from you are automatically healed at 50% the normal Healing Speed.

While Soothing Presence is healing other Survivors, Your Aura is revealed to all Survivors.

Soothing Presence's Healing Speed is affected by perks that alter Healing Speed.

You gain Bloodpoints from healing done by Soothing Presence.

Rescuing Survivor from a Hook does not reset the progress gained towards activating this perk gained from healing other Survivors.


Broken Mirror

When inflicted by Killer with Haemorrhage, Mangled, Hindered, Blindness or Broken Status Effect, the Status Effect is cleansed and You are instead affected by Oblivious Status Effect for 60 seconds.

This effect can only be triggered once every 30/25/20 seconds.

Status Effects inflicted within 3 seconds after the perk is activated are cleansed as well.


Amateur Engineer

After repairing the equivalent of two Generators, the Perk activates.

Press and hold the Active Ability button for 10 seconds while standing beside a completed Generator to reset its progression back to 0%.

Resetting a Generator removes it from the total count of completed Generators

Completing a reset Generator counts as completing two Generators

While repairing a reset Generator, Repair Speed is reduced by 20/15/10%

When damaged by Killer, reset Generator regresses at double speed

Once used, Amateur Engineer becomes permanently deactivated for the remainder of the Trial


Planning Ahead

While sabotaging, the Auras of Generators within 28 metres are revealed to you and gain Repair progression at 30/35/40% conversion rate. Upon completing sabotage action, the Auras of affected Generators are revealed to all Survivors for 10 seconds.


Eyes on the Prize

You never lose sight of Your goal. Every time You hit a Good Skill Check, Great Skill Check success zones when repairing, healing and sabotaging get 10% bigger. Hitting a Great Skill Check reduces the Great Skill Check success zones by 10%. Stacks up to 30/40/50% maximum bonus size. Great Skill Check success zones can't be reduced below their original size.


Overheal

Unlocks the ability be healed while in Healthy State. Any excess healing done by this perk is stored, up to the limit of 100/150/200% (16/24/32 charges). While in an Injured State, repairing a Generator, sabotaging a Hook or cleansing a Totem consumes stored charges and heals You at 50% the normal Healing Speed.


Focused Breathing (DLC Survivor perk)

Your training allows You to erase Your presence and elude the opponent.

By crouching still for 1 second, create fake Scratch Marks in the direction You’re facing reaching maximum distance of 10/15/20 metres. Fake Scratch Marks do not fade over time and disappear in 1 second after You move. If killer walks over the fake Scratch Marks You get an auditory warning; this effect can only be triggered once every 30/25/20 seconds.


Broken Blade (DLC Survivor perk)

Your desperate attacks confuse the killer and allow You to survive a little bit longer.

After stunning Killer using a Pallet or a Locker, all Killer perks are disabled for 3/4/5 seconds. Broken Blade has a cool-down 30/25/20 seconds each time it activates.

 

Combat Roll (DLC Survivor perk)

Risk is inseparable part of combat.

While in Healthy State, press the Active Ability button while running to transition into crawling. Pressing the Active Ability button while crawling will make You stand up. While crawling, Killer’s attacks will instantly put You in Dying State with 60/75/90% recovery progress.


Providence

Providence activates any time You are injured or in Dying State.

While Providence is active, You cannot be killed by a Killer for a total of 120/150/180 seconds. Timer is paused while You are hooked.

Providence becomes permanently deactivated for the remainder of the Trial once the total duration has elapsed.
