[PC] Any body else getting framerate issues after this patch?

Before this patch I had perfectly stable framerates, but ever since the patch my framerate just absolutely tanks down to 30-20 FPS in some matches. Even tried turning the graphics settings to the lowest, but it didnt help.

    Since the patch was released I have had double the amount of games with either myself or others crashing before the game even starts, doesn't help that we are waiting almost 15 minutes for a game in survivor ques.

    I have noticed a loss in framerate, as well as the servers being very laggy since patch. Almost all my games yesterday and Tuesday felt very staggered.

    I’ve noticed it as well. Can’t play nurse at the moment as the frame drops whilst she’s blinking just make me completely loose my sense of direction.

    I actually suffered from that just now, instead of 60 sitting at about 45 and not a smooth 45 either.

    As if hte frame times were all over the place.

    I thought this was because I was also watching youtube vids and my videocard not fully dedicating itself to the game, which Task Manager seem to confirm but yeah idk if the new Patch is the cause.

    I only noticed somehing like this when facing specific Killers- like when a Spirit comes out of her phase or when she is stunned. A few seconds of stutter then back to normal. Might I add, it was the halloween skin.

    This is under known issues:

    • Frame rate issues occur when combining The Doctor's Foul Bile and Auto-Lobotomy cosmetics.

    Playing Doctor and using any of those Cosmetics? (In the Bug Report someone was only using the Auto-Lobotomy Head, and it was enough for Framerate Issues)

    Even when not playing against Doc, im getting issues some times.

    Wait, THATS the reason why my doc isn't working? My frames on when using him have been dropping on all maps for me and I use the Auto-lobotomy head. Thank you sm for the help
