Basement Build New Perk Idea

One of the most popular builds to run as killer is the basement build which includes the 3 main perks: Agitation, Iron Grasp, and Mad Grit. However, the 4th perk varies. With the possible ideas of basement sacrifice challenges, I think killers should further strengthen their chances of completing these possible challenges. When this challenge occurred in the previous archive, I'm sure factors like basement spawns, too far to reach the basement, and others came into play. After all, basement builds can't help the killer in a chase, only strengthening their chance in carrying a survivor to the basement, so their really isn't that much of a harm in having a fourth basement build perk.

New Perk

Name: Runner’s High

Description: Unexplainable determination fills your body when the destination is near. When you are carrying a survivor in a radius of 16/24/32 meters from the basement, the effect of survivor struggle effect is slightly reduced by 25% and gain an additional 2/4/5% speed boost until the survivor leaves your grip. Once out of range, you lose these affects

*effects can change if it is either underpowered or overpowered*

(The struggle effect and speed boost can stack with other perks)

This perk is a fair mix of Agitation and Iron Grasp, it can also stack with them further strengthening their effects, but can also work well as an independent perk.

Icon: I am not an artist so I can not display it but I will give a description of it : It’s a picture of the killer carrying a survivor at the top of the basement stairs. The Killer is standing still menacingly. The survivor appears to have list hope. The angle of the picture is shown from the platform, the one that is leading to the next set of stairs in the basement, looking up at the doorway to the basement getting a front angle of the killer and the back of the legs of the survivor

I am open to discuss your thoughts on this idea
