Make Freddy's attacks put survivors to sleep + Black Box rework

Attacking a survivor starts putting them to sleep, takes as long as if you were using your power, does not do damage. So with no addons it will take 7 seconds.

Time to fall asleep reduced by 2 seconds for every survivor that is asleep when putting survivors to sleep this way

This means with sleep time reduction add-on and three survivors asleep they fall asleep instantly and Freddy can actually play around awake survivors blocking a sleeping survivor so you can't hit them

Black Box currently, aka worst add-on in the game (and it's Ultra Rare!): Become obsessed with one survivor. Your obsession starts asleep.

Black Box rework: Your attacks put survivors to sleep instantly and damage them.

The powerlevel of the reworked add-on should be in line with other Ultra Rare.
