Rework Idea for Franks mix tape, Stab wound study and Fuming mix tape

I think we can all agree that old Legions ability to just run someone down with stabs was a horrible Idea and I feel like we should completely get rid of it because I personally have never seen anyone run Franks mix tape or Stab wound study since their rework. Nor have I ever seen the point behind Fuming mixtape so I'd say we should completely remove their current effect and give them a better more fun effect.

Franks Mix tape:

Never go on a kill mission without your tunes. A track list of massive distortions and loud percussion that stabs at your eardrums.

  • Moderatly (10%) increases your movement speed towards survivors that are marked by Killer instinct

Stab wound study:

A printed medical article stolen from Ormond's public library, vulgarising a study on lesions and stab wounds.

  • Injuring survivors during Feral Frenzy increases your Vault and movement speed slightly (5% per stabbed survivor)
  • Slightly reduces Feral Frenzy duration

Fuming mix tape:

Dark beats, violent shreds and unfathomable vocals from another world fill the mind with a vibrating sixth sense.

  • Removes the Killer instinct
  • Tremendously increases Feral Frenzy duration (+6-10sec)
  • Gain the undetectable status effect during Feral Frenzy
  • All generators that are currently being worked on are highlighted in Yellow
