Has insta blind flashlight been acknowledged by bhvr?
I just finished a game as a Doctor and I was insta blind by a flashlight.
There was only one flashlight with 2 batteries addons and I went insta blind. The survivor was using it for the first time and my screen went blank instantly without any gradual brightness.
Has it been acknowledged by bhvr? Is it a common thing? I had a doubt in a previous match as my screen went blank way too quickly as a survivor tried to blind me. I managed to turn my head that time but I found it odd.

I’m pretty sure it has, just don’t expect it to get fixed as fast as the basement glitch was.

I think blinding is broken right now, I've had insta blinds FROM BEHIND and also games where the killer didn't get blinded whyle carrying a surv after he missed a hit and I was trying to body block, I blinded, got the points but the surv didn't drop.

Sadly this new patch has brought it back. @Peanits said in his stream the other day that he believes its a visual bug.

I don’t know if they’ve acknowledged it, I haven’t seen it show up in the big reports.

It exists. I can confirm. I had a Claudette click a flashlight at me and I got the blind effect, apparently she did not get the points for a blind.

One explanation: 2 (or more) survivors blinded you at the same time (which makes blinding nearly instant) and you only saw one flashlight in the scoreboard because the others found it in a chest.

Does anyone know if its a combination of specific add ons?
I just played a match where no matter what I did to avoid the blind, it hit me immediately.
