Starting a new action when within the killer's terror radius will activate this perk
Repair, healing, sabotaging, searching, cleansing, and disarming actions are 5/8/10% faster, however the noise made by those actions is increased by 150%.

Remove repair (cuz no one wants more gen speeds) and increase to at least 25%
