[XBOX] Problem with afks and disconnects

So is anyone having issues with that or is it just me? I have so many games as killer and survivor where several people disconnect or just don't move. Usually when I'm killer I just let them the people who are playing go since it's not fair for them to have to deal with a 1v2 or 3. Idk what's going on but I had a lot of issues with that.
