So the doctor went from being annoying to extremely annoying
Seriously what were they thinking with the rework? How to make a killer that requires 0 skills to find survivor? Cause if that was the idea, mission accomplished

Sure, used up one of my perk slots just in case the doctor comes up. Nice solution Einstein

He is better now in my opinion. You just have to learn how he plays. Then you can be good at going against him. Also old Doctor can just walk around the map and survivors will scream at just being near him. The new one you have to find the survivors. Unless add-ons i haven't seen yet says otherwise. Way better though.

You shouldn't be able to beat every killer the same way. It sucks that most killers are just looping over and over again, and that's why playing against Nurse is really fun (except slugging ones). I actually think if they removed the blink recharge aspect, she'd be a lot more balanced and fun, yet still super map dependant, (not as bad as Huntress though).
The thing with doctor is his strengths are really Finding survivors and destroying loops, which are the most common tools used by survivors. I think game sense is what really counters the doctor now. He's still a massive noob stomper, but once he wastes his shock ability in attempts to find someone, he's really got nothing going for him.

It's not that he's hard or anything, but he's SO BORING to play against. He was boring, he's still boring and annoying.

His entire shtick is finding survivors. That always been his kit. ######### is wrong with you? Do you actually play the game? Complaining about him finding you is like complaining about the Trapper locking down an area. With, you know, his traps. If you're complaining about what the killer was literally made to do, that means the killer is doing their job.

Is there anybody else who finds his chase "music" most annoying?
I wish the devs would give us the option to choose between his music and the standard one.
Edit: I added quote marks. I cannot call this "music", it's so bad.

Ya got your ruin nerf
I don't want to hear it

I agree somewhat, the Doc is still very annoying.
Yes, I like the fact, that his ability is not passive anymore, but it's way way too easy to reveal survivor locations, the Doc shouldn't be able to spam the blasts so often.

I agree with this title I like old doctor better because he was simply just less annoying to go against. I spend more time snapping out of it more than any other objective. I agree doctors got a nice buff but I cannot tolerate him.

I mean, thats Grade S advice @AsePlayer gave you. If you don’t want to run it because it takes up a Perk Slot, then spend the match hiding in lockers or get better at looping.

The chase music is great. Stop crying

Honestly, just sounds more like a you problem. Have you tried looping him? Very easy to do so. What about hiding in a locker when in his Terror Radius so he can't blast you? Have you tried getting rid of a crutch like Decisive or Dead Hard for calm spirit? Counters him completely, and any killer that uses spies from the shadows, trust me, we're out there.

He takes less skill but more skill in some areas. I would say it's a lot better than before.

A survivor player talking about skills 🤭

I think its fun to play against him, everything gets alot more interesting and scary when you are actually in danger as a survivor

He has always been like that, and there's not much they can do about it now except completely nerf and destroy him, and there would be an uproar. He is quite fun to play as now, he's definitely better than before.

Did you play against the old Doctor? To find Survivors with him, all you had to do was enter Treatment Mode. New Doctor's Static Blast forces you to be close to the Survivors and they can know when you're charging it up. You can waste a Static Blast if there aren't any Survivors in the area. There's definitely some skill required there.
Also the whole point of Doctor is that you'll have an easier time finding the Survivors, but it'll be harder to catch them at loops.

I'm having a ton of fun playing as Doc at the moment. I'm sure it'll be less fun in a few weeks when survivors get better at countering him, but right now, it's great.

Yeah, I dont like it. I also dont like Onis Chase Music. I was totally fine with Myers having his own Chase Music (since it was unique and I really like it), then with Demogorgon I was like "eh", but I thought it was part of the Deal. Then Oni and Doc...
I would also wish for an option to change the new Chase Music into the regular one (except for those Killers, who never had a different Chase Music), because with every Killer getting a unique Chase Music eventually, I know I will get really annoyed when playing against or as some of them.
But I doubt that such an option in the menu is gonna happen (and most people seem to like individual Chase Musics)

Nah I don't think he's more annoying than he was before, the fact that snapping out of it wasted a lot of time made him annoying, him being able to shut down loops in a matter of seconds or find survivors quickly doesn't make him op at all honestly

Regular chase music is meh to me, probably why I'm more open to more individual chase music.

Well Einstein did you know that jumping in a locker counters it too? Besides this, Doc still lacks map pressure and that ability has a cooldown of a whole minute. Seeing how most games tend to end quickly nowadays I don’t have a problem with it at all.

For new players I get Doc can be annoying because you are forced into chases more often but trust me he is probably the best thing for you. This way you are forced to learn loops and will learn just how easy it is to waste M1 killer time.

By this sentence it seems Doc isn't very likely to show up, therefore isn't a big problem!

Yeah, because a 60 second cooldown seems like allowing to spam your power
