Here’s a reminder that the nurse cool down needs to be removed

I agree with Deadeye.
Only apply the cooldown during a chase.
The Nurse is too slow to patrol gens with (let alone find a survivor walking around the same rock as you (worse if they have Fixated)). To get anywhere she has to blink.
