So What Happened With Quentin's Face Rework?
So, a while back Quentin's actor, K. Gallner, reached out to Mr. Cote himself by saying something along the lines of "hey a lot of people are telling me my character in your game looks like a goblin, is there something we can do?"
And it's been some time with NO follow up. So what happened? Did the licensing not allow it? Are the designers still working on it?

I don't believe anything was ever confirmed, or even talked about beyond a couple satirical tweets. It actually doesn't matter if Kyle Gallner said it's okay, because the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise is dodgy at the moment due to the estate of Wes Craven. There's a lot of red tape there. It will likely never get done, honestly. They can't even secure the license to get a the Freddy DLC on to the Switch and Windows Store versions of DBD, much less make a huge edit to one of the characters.
