Is moving progress possible?

So in like a week I'm buying a pc and I'm wondering if it's possible to move my progress from xb1 to pc? I've spent countless hours playing this game and dont really want to start all over tbh.

    No it's not possible to transfer your existing data to your PC. You'll have to start all over again.
