How to not get object of Tunneling:

Hey guys, so im a killer main and i want to share my rules of "when to tunnel someone and why plus other useful interactions between survivors and killers". maybe you survivor mains can profit from some of these rules because i think im not the only killer who has a kind of codex for this.

Rule 1: If someone has a key they will become an object of tunneling

Tip: dont bring keys of you dont wanna get focussed.

Rule 2: If someone taunts the killer (teabagging, flashlight annoyance, making noise on a pallet etc) they will become object of tunnelling, however if the taunting is really Bad word annoying a facecamp could be build.

Tip: if youre not convinced in your capabillities of looping then dont do this stuff.

Rule 3: If your farm a poor teammate while the killer is next to the hook, the killer is going to remember your name and make you understand how it feels to be abused :)

Tip: dont unhook right next to a killer.

Rule 4: Sometimes the gens go really fast and the killer has been looped by a really good player for 2 minutes. Some killers try to catch a weaker survivor then and the loss of many gens early could lead into tunneling a weaker player to even the odds and slow the game down.

Tip: honestly theres not much you can do about that, if youre the weakest survivor then its bad luck in this kind of situation.

Rule 5: Sometimes after a long chase the strong survivor will be caught eventually. This could lead to the survivor become an object of tunneling just because of the killers frustration.

Tip: take it as a compliment, you know how to buy your team enough time for a victory. Youre like Bill! take one for the team :)

Rule 6: killers have very much to look out for in a game. So it happens that people get tunneled by accident when all survivors look the same. Many killers remember the characters they hooked and not the names of the players.

Tip: if youre in a lobby with someone looking similar to you then maybe switch your clothes or character.

Rule 7: sometimes the killer fails to see the rescuer of the unhooked person and with nothing left but the unhooked person in line of sight it can happen that this results the unhooked person becoming an object of tunneling.

Tip: Bad luck, happens sometimes no one to blame except the other person not to take a hit for you.

A general tip: If you offer the killer an Item and looking down in acceptance of your fate some killers will feel charmed and take the item instead of you. You may leave the area at this point, but NEVER go back to get the item. If you come back and get it the killer will write down your name on a "Object of Facecamp" list.

These rules apply to killers that read the rulebook of survivors. Treat them fair and they will treat you fair. There are always exceptions, but many survivors dont know if they maybe got tunneled for a reason and flame the killer post game.

Thanks for reading this :) if you have more rules to add let me know, this are my rules for tunneling, everyone can make mistakes, but i try to play fair as killer which is 75% of my playtime and also as survivor.
