Flashlights
Can we disable them until they are no longer instablinds? Seems like an exploit to me.

I've noticed it's like they are delayed then the effect comes up instantly with no warning

You have about 1 second before you are blinded. Been like this since midchapter.

I've been blinding looking to the side sometimes instantly.
Other times I can be looking directly into the light and it will take a couple of seconds. No idea what's up with that.

They're not actually instablinds. What happens is you dont get to see the full animation of getting blinded, so your screen goes from fully visible to fully blind. Instead of fading. The actual time it takes to blind is not afected

Dont know about that. Yellow flashlight from time of click to blinded less than a second.

Just saying I've been blinded more the past week then the past year. It needs fixed
