No, i just deleted duplicate comments and left the rest on my profile, same as any other salty comment someone left on it.

I treat them as a trophy and my friends who dont play dbd ask me "what are you doing to those poor people who course the living hell out of you?" which also drops another perspective on how angry and toxic dbd community is.

Im an author, have self published 3 books. Got into an argument with a survivor on Twitter. They left a negative review on one of my books. REALLY pissed me off but nothing i can do about it. Idk ######### is wrong with a lot of these people.

Ive met some really nice ones too tho

Hi, I’m sorry you’re considering quitting the game. I’m not sure if the Devs really don’t care, I just think that when it’s harassment outside of DBD (YouTube, Steam, Social-Media) they can’t really do much. Also, maybe you should try playing Survivor 💜 I got significantly less hate-mail when I played Survivor before I blocked strangers from being able to message me.

I do the same, even though I have yet to get hate mail from a Killer. Playing ‘fair & nice’ don’t change anything sometimes. People will always find something to get mad about.

Its super aggravating when it’s outside of DBD because that doesn’t ban them from playing the game and/or stop them from doing it to others. I was told to, let’s just say “off myself” (which is the WORST thing anyone can say to anybody) multiple times. A close friend of mine got a screenshot of his IP and I believe city/state posted into his message with a threat. This behavior is not okay, and quite dangerous if it’s the wrong person getting a hold of this information. I’m sorry you had to experience that. 💜

I guess that’s a positive way of handling it lol.

Well I wish a plethora of way less toxic after-game interactions. 💜

I think a lot of people just have boring/negative lives and exert that energy onto others because they’re not happy. Others are just fed negative energy by being egged on and think it’s cool to be toxic/bullies. Its quite sad and I really hope they get progress and overcome this behavior.

I agree, even though I’ve personally gotten toxicity from both sides. Getting that behavior from Killers is HIGHLY rare. It’s a common thing amongst Survivors though when I play Killer.

Honestly? This. Especially with newer killers being put against red-rank survivors.

I am rank 16 as killer, and I keep getting red-ranks in the game and they are literally the worst. They see themselves having red-rank as being an indicator of them being a God-like survivor when the reality is, it's pitifully easy to get red-rank as a survivor. I literally only lose red-rank when I play with friends, and I have only been playing for a few months. That whole "I'm the GOD of survivors, I DUNK on these KILLErS I Am sO GoOD AT ThjiS GamE" mentality that seems to come with red ranks also seems to fuel their wanting to shamelessly bully killers.

Anytime I have more than 1 person spam blinding me in a match, I know it's a red rank and their friends, and without fail it always is.

I literally had one that was a girl on Twitch laughing about how she "feels bad for killers" her and her group bully after her and her stack spent all game blinding me and tbagging even when I gave up and stood still--3 red ranks who, btw, were q'd with a rank 19 literally TRYING to get high-rank killers to bully. The Twitch chat was all "UwU Red ranked QUEEN, you ######### them KILLerS UP! BAaBe" like she didn't get red rank by abusing matchmaking.
