how to add friends from xbox to steam?

i want to add a friend of mine who plays dead by daylight on xbox and i play on pc and i don't know how to add it for myself to play with it because i already fall into games with console people and i play on pc and how do i add it it? or there's no way?

    I don't think Xbox and PC are cross platform yet, just the Windows Store and the Steam Store for PC. I know that's not actually cross platform, but that's what the Dev's described it as.
