Should bad survivors who have yet to prove themselves complain about anything in game?

Basically should bad inexperienced survivors opinions be as valued compared to the opinion of veteran survivors who play the game significantly better. I mean if a veteran survivor can loop let's say a Ghostface pretty well vs the bad survivor who basically gets downed right away, then why should everyone's opinion matter. Everyone can do gens, everyone can do totems and open exit gates. Not everyone is good at looping the killer around, also most vets that play have certain instincts and good habits that bad survivors just lack or can't understand. I feel that everyone has their opinion, I just don't believe that someone who hasn't proved themselves should necessarily be complaining about anything but themselves.
