Should we created a new buff for increased action speed?

Hey everyone, I'm creating this thread because I want to finally pose my own idea. So, Undetectable has become its own icon buff. It solved a big issue of inconsistency that many stealth killers had at the time and gave them all a great buff. So how about we create a similar buff for any increased action speed applied. This is a universal buff so it applies to both survivor and killer. You could call it envigorate. It could probably simplify a lot of perk descriptions and depending on how it was designed, a few perks might even get reworked around this new buff. Feel free to throw your own thoughts in, Id love to hear what you guys have to say about this.

    id like this to clear up some weird jank when 2+ people are on a gen, it shows red which means its slower but its actually going faster
