Does the Dr rework give hope for improvement to the other "low tier" killers?
My opinion on Dr is extremely biased, I always loved playing the Dr. Very strong anti looping ability and can track survivors. His perks are solid and his add ons really did improve his ability, more so than most other killers.
To be honest, when they said they were reworking him, memories of nurse and legion sprang to mind.... thankfully, improving him is what happened. He is 100% better than before, without a doubt.
Is this a new chapter in BHVRs ability to actually strengthen a killer, without absolutely ######### him up? I certainly like to hope so. If they can repeat this across all the other "low mobility" killers, then the future for killer mains and those of us that play both roles, can only be positive.
With the current wave of killers insisting that genrush is this mad epidemic that needs fixing, then improving killers must be the way to go. As opposed to making game wide changes to survivors, just because a few killer mains want the easy 4ks they get with randoms every match.
I feel hopeful that BHVR learn from this killer buff and look to improve more killers, in a similar fashion.

I think that if BHVR says "We will be working on _____" and the killer isn't Legion they generally do a decent job, specially with buffs like Doctor or Freddy. It's more so a matter of BHVR actually wanting to change a weak killer. We don't know what's next on the chopping block. They could be changing Bubba/Clown and really helping them out, or they could be changing Hillbilly's addons. I think it'll be good when they actually change the low tiers (Outside of Legion, they really can't get a handle on them) but who knows how long we'll have to wait for BHVR to actually want to touch them.

For real, they don't do well with legion. Hopefully, whoever was in charge of the Dr rework, can cast their eyes on legion 🤞
Whatever they do in the future, they need to look at what they did to Freddy and Dr and apply it to the others. Personally, I think old bubba needs a look, outside of basement bubba, he's not really too much of a worry.

I have loads of iri add ons from using him, especially the iri queen. Survivors love that 😍
I used to use iri king/order and electrodes for range, sometimes I use both iris, in celebration of "a pretty good job so far"
