This has only happened a few times but when chasing a survivor and finally getting close enough to hit them they’ll knell down and have a bt effect. Also they’ve not been hooked resent to have bt

Did they have medkits? Because there's a Borrowed Time medkit addon.

I don’t think so but Im not 100% sure. Guess that would explain it though

The "kneel down" part really makes it sound like somebody using the medkit add-on.

May have been it then I don’t play much survivor.
