Has anyone seen a vault animation bug?

So I've been playing a bit of killer lately and I've noticed something odd with vaulting. It's extremely rare (only witnessed it 3 times, 1 time was when I attempted to vault a window), when the survivor fast vaults they do the animation, but it somehow cancels out and makes it seem like they didn't vault at all.     Idk if you have that gas heaven bug where the terrain sinks,but if that window is open it will always do the thing that happened in that tru3 vid. Unless you medium/slow vault it. If that window is open it will always pull you back as if it never happened
