Why do i have the dweard cosmetic?

I just checked my available cosmetics for my Dwight and i have the ultra rare dweard available to me. According to the wiki it was some sort of exclusive DLC for people that attended some events back in 2016. Did the devs give this cosmetic away to everyone recently or is it a bug?
