"No, they shouldn't! They should be realistic and outline the entire character!" Uhhh, no, they shouldn't. Because if they do, this would make playing female characters a MAJOR advantage and playing a male survivor a MAJOR disadvantage.

    This exactly male characters are already big, bright, and loud they don't need to be easier to hit

    They do have pill hitboxes, the collision is capsule size but their actual hurtbox is the size of a pill they showed us that in the stream
