Quick and Quiet Head Is Legit

At first I thought it was a meme build, but killers usually fall for it. Quick and Quiet usually confuses them long enough that Head On has time to activate as long as you lose LOS.

Having that reliable stun to mix in chases really adds time to how long it takes to get downed. Especially, if you sneak in an area with a decent amount of lockers so they have to search a couple.

Balanced is map dependent. Lithe can be risky because dedicated servers and vaults. Sprint Burst is great at the start of a chase, but you can't really use it mid-chase.

The only real downside is that it takes two perk slots instead of one. Because Head On isn't great without being combo'd
