Why i got disconnection penalty for my game crashing?

Also i couldn't send a crash report since the game didn't send me one...

So the devs did explain this in their stream on Thursday. There is no way for the game to tell the difference if your internet has crashed, you pulled the plug on your pc or console, leave the game on your own etc. They don't have a way to program it to tell the difference unfortunately. Sorry it kicked you out though but if this is your first DC, you're only banned for a minute.
