Uses for Furtive Chase

Anyone have any thoughts on how Furtive Chase could be used. I've tried using my imagination and it just seems kind of useless. Like, what kind of real advantage could there be from having reduced terror radius during chases?

    It's pretty useless.

    You can meme if you want a little with Nemesis but that's about it.

    The concept of the perk is pretty useless. Even if they would buff that perk to that it reduces your Terror Radius always, it would be too slow to build up.

    furtive chase should reduce the size of your red stain in a chase by 10% (maybe 5?) for each stack on top of the terror radius. And you shouldnt loose stacks when the obsession dies
