Does the size of survivors make a difference?
I know survivors like David and Jeff are bigger. And survivors like Meg and Nancy are smaller.
Does that actually effect their hitboxes or is it just the visual we see in game?

Just visuals! In the most recent dev stream they showed that all of the hitboxes for suvivors are the same, despite the differences in model size.

For all calculations in the game, all survivors are exactly alike. There is no difference in size at all. However, visually they are different, which affects what a killer can, and can’t see.

Another nifty tidbit is if your character uses self care and bends down your hitbox is still standing (ie full sized) so a Huntress can peg you even if your model is hidden.

It does it terms of stealth. Claudette is probably the smallest one, so it's easier to hide with her. Hitbox wise no, they are all the same

There are many reasons claudette blends in well such as: 1. Her dark skin tone 2. Her small shape 3. Her dark clothing

I would have said Feng or Claudette.

It's not the size of the survivor that matters its how you use them.
