    No but there is an imbalance. A game cannot be fully balanced. It will favor in one direction or another. Especially in a slasher.


    That's why there is no option of "THIS GAME IS BALANCED!!!" because in reality it will never be balanced but based on feedback, it is indeed more survivor sided in the balance stages.

    My opinion is that there is a huge discrepancy in the skill and thought needed to play killer compared to survivors.

    This should be true to some extent after all you're putting your brain against 4 other brains and your role is what makes the entire match.

    but its stupid how far you can get with no looping skills, no knowledge of map and barely any awareness of the killer perks and abilities etc as a survivor.

    I think the game is SWF sided. All anyone else can do is hope for the best and try.

    I think it is a bit in favor of survivors, especially since the last changes, like ruin. Of course it depends a lot if the survivors are SWF or not and if they actually are team players or not. Sometimes, some of the survivors is just not doing what they should have and it ends up hurting the team, like people running around instead of fixing or hiding for a long time, even when the killer is after someone else.

    Just yesterday, I fixed 3 gens by myself, while the killer was after another survivor. When I finished the 3rd one, another gen popped up. I went to try to fix the last one and a Nea was just hiding nearby. The killer was not even around, so what was she afraid of? With players like this, if the killer had been better, we would have been in trouble.

    I have noticed this. When I'm playing killer that when I lose, it feels more like the map was more survivor sided then I was outmatched by a team's collective efforts. This game should have the side that is a team have to have more teamwork to win. Right now, one survivor can loop the killer for the entire match if they have the right RNG... and it's often on their side.

    When I'm survivor, I feel like the killer either was forced to tunnel, forced to use a scummy loadout, or outplayed us massively if they won, and when we escape, it's clearly because RNG was on our side. I don't enjoy survivor anyway, but I don't think I should be at R1 for survivor just because I messed around a little.

    100% survivor sided. If the survivors want too be coordinated you'll never kill more then 1 person and games will last 5 mins, even on Spirit. The game needs too be more killer sided since it's a 1v4 and an asymmetrical horror game.

    Low tier killers needs buffs as well, Cannibal and Legion need entire reworks tbh.
