Orphelia, formerly known as Gveller Frankston, used to be a man of science, fascinated by the human body and all that it was capable of. For years Frankston struggled to indetify hismelf as a man. Depressed and lost, he drowned himself to his work to forget the troubles that came to haunt him at night.

He admired the female beauty and often stared his wife with eyes reaching beyond unhealthy gesture of love. Slowly his fascination turned into obsession, and he began to feed the idea of going through a sex change operation. When his wife heard about this, the idea was quickly put to rest, but Frankston was not a man to let someone else to tell him how to live his life. His wife would be the first one to fall victim to his obsession that would slowly grow into something dark that sparked interest in the Entity.

Having turned himself into a female using the parts of his wife, Frankston didn't quite find the joy in his new gender unlike he had first expected. He simply couldn't stop there...

Frankston began to use donated corpses from his workplace to further his self-mutilation until he resembled less and less of a human. After multiple vigorous operations of body alteration, he finally felt comfortable in his new skin. But this new found self-love was something Frankston couldn't keep to himself...

Over the years Frankston would kidnap countless people in secret to further his self-mutilation and to help others discover their true self just like he did, even if he had to force it upon them. He soon became an urban legend, earning the name Orphelia the mutilator. He was a feared tale which parents would use as means to scare their children from staying out late at night. Unfortunately for them, Orphelia wasn't just a tale...

At the peak of Orphelia's transformation, he was now twice the height of his former self. Both of his arms were extended to almost reach the ground, and the right arm was replaced with a sharp saw made of human bones. His left arm was decorated with human fingers, mouths, and eyes, and his nails had grown long and sharp enough to pierce flesh. Oprhelia's two priced creations among everything he had done to himself were the lengthy skirt made of human skin, and silk-thin umbrella on top of his head made of flesh to protect his fragile body from rain.

As Orphelia was operating upon his latest victim one night, he had finally been discovered by the police who stormed his basement of horror. Before they could even reach a glimpse of what the man had become over the years, mist surrounded him and Orphelia was pulled by the Entity to a realm where he could practice his sick twisted body modifications without anyone stopping him. Though he couldn't remember how he ended up there, he felt right home with no need to question the world around him.
