Legion just vaults through it Koolaid Man style. Or they just jump through it and you can see precisely where Legion has been because of the cartoony Legion-shaped holes in all the walls.

Doesn't have to the be Killer to break walls. The Entity itself could be used in that animation. Having that section be ripped down by its claws or in one massive smash.
Odds are though, the animation will be just the Killer jiving it a smack like opening a gate door.

From a physics standpoint, it all comes down to mass and velocity.
- A slow rolling car has low velocity, but high mass, so it can cause great damage.
- A bullet has very low mass, but very high velocity. Therefore it can also do great damage.
Legion is the bullet. Not very big, but quite speedy!
