Give him some Windstorm as Base Kit/Stats

The sensible one is the Yellow Windstorm, IMO you should give the Green one

now for crazy suggestions, give him The Ghost Soot as Base, like, okay, yeah, you’re hearing the bell, but no red light gives you an edge on ambushing people if they don’t know from where you’re coming

and honestly, because it’s not even that useful, give him Green Shadowdance if you’re not reworking his addons yet

simple changes that will make him not add on reliant (making him invisible at a distance like Otz suggested will certainly help)

i don’t think it will be even that strong, he is still a M1 Killer that can sometimes bodyblock paths while chasing survivors if they let him
