Five ways to buff the new killer
First Way: He can perform actions while reeling on someone. Doing this however breaks the chain with a 1 second stun to him.
Second: He can drag people over pallets or over walls, though it's much slower when doing so and makes the chain break extremely fast.
Third: Dragging Someone can break a pallet, though this will deal 80% to the chain.
Fourth: Give him extra range, and make it harder to break the chain. He is able to move faster while reeling in a target.
Fitith: Give some kind of effect to chain hits on an inured target, or maybe let him able to hit over pallets, at the cost of a longer stun.
All more interesting then just buffing his speed. Though, if you did buff his speed, he needs extra range because of the TR increase.

For a sec I thought this was gonna be Decisive Strike and I about had a heart attack -_-
I think being able to break pallets while reeling is a good idea, but he should be a 115% killer. Either that or make it significantly harder to break the chain so they at least have an opportunity to go around short loops that'd be unsafe for any other killer anyway.

Definitely should be able to drag a survivor over a pallet.
