Merch store, waiting 5 week and counting
if any of you ordered anything from the store and have any idea of how long a normal wait time would be please let me know. I ordered January 20th and the payment went through on the 27th. I've talked to many people on this forum and it seems like the admin keeps telling me that it takes a while that I should just be patient. but it seems like they're just placating me and the longer I wait the less chance I have to dispute it online and it really does seem like I'm getting scammed. I've submitted many contact forms more than I can count and no one is giving me a number that I can call so I don't think I'll ever support the merchandise store again and if you're reading this you shouldn't either.

It took about two months and 4 or 5 emails before I got it. Once I got a response from customer service I got it within days but for the first 6 or 7 weeks it was complete radio silence. I definitely will not be buying anything from the store again.

It may be just dependent on what you ordered, or where you are at. Before Christmas, me and my friend both ordered separate items (One of the in-game apparel shirts, and a perk pillow) and we each got our items within 1-2 weeks of when we placed it (the shirt came faster).
