Merch store telephone number?

Does anyone have a clue of what the ACTUAL number for the dbd merch store is? I've tried contacting them soooo many times and the closet number was company that makes modded PS4 controllers. Their number was listed as dbd merch store when I used it and the employee who answered told me they were not affiliated and that they in fact contacted them over the error but they have ignored their request. That employee told me it would seem that the company that makes merch for dbd doesn't really care about it's customers...Is there even a number listed that is theirs?
