I noticed there are many Survivor perk that affect unhooking speed, but nothing for killers.

Safe And Secure

Each time You hook a Survivor, gain a Token.

All Survivors receive stack-able 9/12/15% penalty to Unhooking speed for each Token.

At 4 Tokens, Survivors suffer from Oblivious Status Effect while unhooking.

    Okay, since you didn't state the max I'm assuming it's 9 stacks (everyone hooked once + 3 survivors hooked twice and 2 survivors sacrificed) for... 135% penalty? Yeah we're gonna need a max amount of stacks. 6 at the very most (for 90% penalty, which is... like 10 seconds, if unhooking takes 1 second?).

    Unless 4 is supposed to be the max?

    The problem with this perk is that it makes face camping way too easy. Even with one stack the killer can probably hit you twice before you can finish unhooking.
