How could I change this maybe? This is my personal opinion on the killers rn; couldn't get an F Tier so it looks kinda cluttered

Console, but I have a lot of knowledge about the Deathslinger already and I can think about how he would play out; aiming isn't so incredibly terrible as most people think

I highly doubt it would be console as the power level is still the same just the killers shift left or right depending on the console being used due to optimization being horrid. I play on PS4 and PC and very few changes between the killer could shift them this much.

Alright.
I'd put Doc at the bottom of A, he isn't actually super good, he's just new and nobody ever played Doc before.
Oni, Demo and Slinger should go near the bottom of C. They take a lot of precision and sensitivity issues prevent us from doing a lot, plus low FPS.
Oni just takes precision and he is basically Billy with a cooldown.
Demo is meh at everything and doesn't excel at anything. His Shred also destroys my FPS.
DeathSlinger is just bad. 110% in a post Ruin game without any map pressure or a good ability.
I'd put GF to A, he is super good with recovery add-ons.
Might bump Plague up to B

Nurse is just not worth the effort on console.
Oni is bad because of sensitivity.
Likewise, Huntress suffers too, but that isn't her biggest problem.
Demo destroys FPS.
Billy also suffers, but not as much because you don't NEED to flick.
Also, 360's are very good on console, both because of aim dressing and because of low Killer sensitivity.

Finally a fellow console player that isn't a noob and parrots "Can't play Huntress because muh controller".
As for the list, it's better than most. Hag, Spirit and Nurse should be S tier. Demo should be in A tier a long with Oni, maybe Plague. Doc is fine where he is. If Deathslinger could drag survivors over pallets, he'd be better than Huntress. Apart from that, great list. :)

Demo destroys my FPS with Shred and his portals are lackluster. He doesn't really excel at anything.
Oni is just Billy with a cooldown. Plus, you need to flick with him and it is difficult on console.
Deathslinger is definitely bad at the moment. I hope they buff him.

My sens cannot go high enough when Survivors jerk around at the last second.

In terms of power from playing both sides against everyone I have on both PC and PS4 this would be my assumption. We will just talk about my experience on PS4 though.
Spirit, Billy, Hag, and Huntress remain at the top. You see a significant drop in Hag and Huntress being played, but I think that's because people don't want to invest time into Huntress and Hag can be boring.
Oni is actually really good on console, but I see a lot of people use him badly. A LOT.
Though I dont like him Ghostface is pretty popular and with addons is actually not bad. The only issue comes with do you play him like TrU3Ta1ent or do you play him as a leaning stalky boi. Leaning Stalky Boi tends to be significantly more powerful, but TrU3Ta1ent is less risky.
Nurse is probably B tier at best to learn her is very cost ineffective, but the rewards are good, but the lack of optimization and the FPS drops randomly happening hurt her and Legion significantly. Both can still be played well, but there will be times you'll just go "ya that happened" while neither you or the survivors did anything wrong.
Plagues interesting shes still about the same I'm pretty sure when she was designed it was for consoles not PC. When I play her on PC it feels the same as on PS4 most of the time.
360s are pretty good and a lot more powerful due to the lower sensitivity, but it's also like DH you only fall for it once. I had issues with it after going back to PS4 and fixed it by changing the sensitivity too 100% now that problem was solved. I've since learned to keep a DS4 and M&K hooked up to my PC and use them on a rotation.
The biggest issues with PS4 are the lack of optimization, random fps, and bad dedicated servers. So keeping that in mind when picking a killer you need ones that won't have a lot of issues or downsides when missing hits.
EDIT: I dislike Demo the footsteps in my ear drives me nuts so other then rarely seeing him I can't really say much. If they got rid of the map wide notification on his teleport he would probably be good.

I don't see a lot of Huntress'. I think she has fallen off a lot because of maps. Most loops are too tall for her to hit over.

Ya shes become increasingly rare and with the rise of non throwable loops her popularity dropped like a rock. I'm starting to see that with Billy as well. This has lead to a massive increase in Freddy.
That wont change her power level though. I would say Hag would be the best if the 2 if she wasn't bugged currently.

I'm seeing a lot of people here say that Oni is bad on console because of low fps/optimization, which confuses me. I can do fine with Oni on console, he ahould definitely be higher on this list.

I like it, besides a few changes (because I play on PC, don't @ me).
1: Demo is low A for me, he has a lot of potential that a lot of people don't see.
2: Cannibal is tied with Legion for the worst, at least clown can end chases fast with the bottles. Cannibal and Legion's power actively works against them most of the time.
3: Nurse is def number 2 still behind Spirit, She is harder but her power is the same.
4: Plague is def mid too high A, especially with the buff shes getting. She can be an absolute monster when you corrupt.
5: Myers is high B, but not A. At the end of the day he's just an M1 killer who has too eat pallets. yes he can one shot, but if you can't stab them then you ain't downing them.

I think it does. Not being able to hit over loops or across long distances makes her massively weaker. That applies to most of the new maps, looking at you Hawkins.

Caleb belongs in the Good Boy Gang, he literally never killed an innocent person and his rage and bloodlust is only directed towards those who ruined his life. But if you consider bounty hunting to evil, I guess you can call him evil, but in my opinion, proper bounty hunting isn't. Death to Bayshore, Justice for Caleb.

True, but a few others and I have noticed a detail in Caleb's lore, right before he's taken, he sees everyone who ever wronged him standing before him. I think the Entity blinds certain killers from reality and forces them to see survivors as the people they hate. This justifies why Rin kills so proudly and why Kazan feels so much hatred towards the survivors. She sees her dad, he sees the farmers and those who wronged him, and Caleb sees Bayshore, the Warden, and the bullies who hurt him. Herman, Freddy, Kenneth, and Jed, however, relish in the misery of others so they see the survivors as they are.

Good point! Still, he was a bounty hunter and who knows how many horrible things he did in the time period between being liberated from jail and back at hunting Bayshore

Going from my own console experiences, I'd movie Freddy and Billy up to be with Spirit. Huntress and Oni up a tier, Nurse down a tier and Plague up a tier.
No opinion on shooty-boy yet.
The way I do tier lists is B is your average level killer, A is an above average killer, S is top tier, C is below average and D is bottom tier.
I find Freddy to be really good on console both playing him and facing him. He has great map pressure, a deceptive lunge, a better clown bottle/fake pallets and some gen slowdown. It's easy to sneak up on people and get free hits as well. I think Spirit is stronger but I think he's in the same tier as her on console.
Billy is such an interesting one. Bad billys are really fun to play against and good Billy's are even funner. His snowball is amazing with a slug build and even without it, he's got good map control and an instadown. Never commit with Billy and if a survivor is being a pain for a bit, bail and get an easier target at a gen. Billy is able to pick and choose targets better than most without losing too much time. Get a 3-gen going with him and Pop and it's pretty much GG. I'd rather face a Doctor 3-gen then a good Billy 3-gen.
I've seen two really really good Nurse players on console, one of which I've faced multiple times. They played fantastic and still lost just because you don't have the same level of control as on PC. If sensitivity is raised then It'd warrant a higher tier but as of now I think she is pretty average even in good hands.
I think Plague is a pretty standard killer all around the board. Not great or bad and with the new buff, I definitely think she is in B with other average joes.
I've seen quite a few fantastic Huntress's able to hit every shot and do some amazing predictions. She's no Spirit but she's definitely above average and better than the others.
Same with Oni. Honestly I want to put him at S. I know people say you can't aim him well on console but I've faced a few that didn't have any problem hitting around loops and keeping up with spins. His early game is rough but he has some of the best snowball in the game and I think he's in the same league as Billy.
Just the same as you, this all just an opinion from my own experiences as both Killer and Survivor. ^_^

Hag is amazing, I’ve played the most of her on console, and on ps4 she shreds, 3K or 4K every game

I guess we'll have to wait for his Archives chapter to come out! I'd like to believe that his vengeance was pointed towards those who truly deserved it, bounty hunter or not.
