    Why would you want to play in windowed mode? Even if you wanted to you can just hit alt-enter in game or uncheck the fullscreen mode box from the ingame settings menu.

    -ResX= and -ResY= do absolutely nothing you can put whatever number you want in there the game will ignore them, so there is no point using them as a launch parameter, or changing the values in GameUserSettings.ini.

    Also doing this will trigger the sg.ResolutionQuality= bug and drop it from =100 to =67 (which is finally fixed in 3.6.0).
