Hola! soy una de las personas que pidió ayuda por los problemas al iniciar el juego. El caso es que mandé el ticket con ayuda de la información que facilitaste y me respondieron con un enlace a este mismo foro con algunas soluciones que ya había probado y que no me habían funcionado.
