Anyone else having lag spikes?

Ive had these weird lag spikes. They are small but when trying to hit survivor its annoying to miss because of it. Entering to bloodlust usually causes that lag and maybe some other actions too but thats where i usually notice it.

    After patch 3.7.0 came out I been having lots of lag spike in the first 3-4 matchs each time I open the game up. Devs need to fix this fast.

    Exhaustion perks seem to cause bursts of lag for me. Dead Hard, Head On, & Sprint Burst. Didn't occur often until the latest patch. I've also had to validate my game files twice due to game crashing bugs. In the first instance it replaced 4 files, because EAC was picking up Pak22 had been modified - and it wasn't by me at least. The second time, I'd crash at the loading screen and get the crash report box. It replaced 1 file. I've also ran into numerous invisible objects/barriers & been stuck.
