Cross platform?
How do you guys feel about it? me personally i would love it, i currently play on ps4 but ive wanted to get it on the switch but im in devotion level 4 and theres no way in hell i would start all over again to play on switch so it would just be a waste of my money, it would be sick to be able to play anywhere though, lemmy know below

You mean cross progression? Then yeah, it would be amazing to have your progress be in any platform you sign on to. So you don't have to re buy nor redo your characters again. When i think cross platform, i think you mean you can play with other people on different platforms.

I would love it and it's one of the only reasons I don't want to switch to PC. I don't want to grind all my stuff back and destroy rank 20s when I switch.

I would like to see both Cross Progression, and Cross Platform. I have friends on xbox who I want to play with.

PC killers think they will have an easy time playing against console players. But all console SWFs are on comms. All of them! Console has comms built in whereas PC players have to mess around with 3rd party programs if they want communicate.
I think it will be wonderful for us all to play together.

As soon as they introduce cross progression I'm switching from Xbox to PC. Tired of DBD feeling slow and sluggish on Xbox.
I also hope they'd introduce cross platform play. If PC can play with console maybe the queue times and matchmaking would iron itself out because of more people to create lobbies

It's crazy that a PS4 Pro that can play stunning games like Horizon Zero Dawn in 4K cannot even get 30fps on The Game map.
I sometimes play on my laptop when the PS4 in use and there is way more detail and it is far smoother. I'll gladly switch to PC with cross progression even if I have to buy the DLC again. The small screen sucks though.

If I have to rebuy all the DLC it'd probably be a hard no from me. Sadly I'd stick with Xbox

I got the game on switch the other day and was astonished of how toxic survivors are... I mean it's just off the roof!

Believe me, i did see a lot of players complaining about ps4 gameplay, and the last thing you would really want, is to face the hardcore sweaty toxic players of pc...
I did played the switch version, and its incredible how bad and toxic people are there...
you cant compare the gameplay of switch with computer, same goes for ps4... Just dont wish that..
I dont really care as pc player if it would happen, but believe me, the forums would get filled of pissed console players if that would happen

I mainly play on PC and can guarentee you most of us play with comms as well. BHVR saying most players are solo is BS

If console players played against PC players they would get slaughtered. Can you imagine console players being matched against a god nurse whose playing on a pc?

I had to re-buy dbd for PC since the first one was on my fiance's computer and i semi-recently got my own PC, I had to grind to be at the same level I was before.
I was a prestige II Dwight almost to III ;-;

No they wouldn't. Controller doesn't limit you as a survivor like it does as a killer.
You are right to say that console survivors will not be used to a god-tier Nurse (or Huntress) though, but they will adapt.
Remember that plenty of red rank PC survivors also use a controller and do fine.

I agree, really hope they add this. Had Xbox account with really good perks and levels but switched to ps4.
