Anybody still seeing a lot of D/C's?

On PS4 survivors are still rage quitting like crazy even with the recent D/C penalty.

From time to time I see a DC here and there, but its definetely not as common as before.

I had a rage quit against my Wraith last night, early in the match. So yeah, they're still out there. This is on PC as well.

I've had a couple of errors that took me out of the game that I'm sure looked mighty suspicious from the other end, but I don't think all the PS4 DCs are intentional.

I had 2 rank update errors on the first day of reset that both gave me the DC penalties despite me not intentionally leaving the game, so I feel like that must also be happening to others.

    Xbox player

...omg yes on the first hook🤦🏻‍♀️

They've just started suiciding themselves on hook now. BHVR will say "DC's are down by 95%" while neglecting to say that "Coincidentally, hook suicides are up 95%".

Honestly i see them only when i play survivor in solo, either because the 2k+ hours surv failed a juke (so he rage quit) or because nobody goes to save the poor victim of a camping bubba with basement based build. As a killer, i no longer see as many dcs as before.

Only 1 or 2 in the last day or so. And not even rage DC, just seemingly poof.

An Ace ran to a gen, started work, and as 'I' got hit, he just DCs.

But people getting caught teabagging and then DC? Not at all. It's been lovely.

That's like saying "divorce rates are down" "So is the rate of marriage" lol

Either way these dc'ers won't be missed.

I mean, if you enjoy blissfully ignoring the point and making a comparison which doesn't correlate; sure.

People who would DC will just suicide on hook now. DC rates down. And that's all BHVR will ever care about and they'll completely ignore hook suicides.

I've lost faith in these devs when they released the QoL patch for flashlight and pallet stun times. Thank the entity they reverted that patch but the very fact that they thought it was a good idea just blew my mind. Any issues they address I don't expect them to fix it. I expect them to make a mediocre change to say they did something.

As for the phrase I mentioned that has no correlation. I meant something good is happening but for the wrong reason. DC is down but now people are hook suiciding. It hasn't gotten better.

I'm crashing a lot more often recently. More crashes in the past 2 weeks than the past year of playing since the patch.

So according to the DC penalty system I've been DC'ing more since the system's implementation.

Since dedicated servers have been disabled on Xbox. I've had at least 1 DC in 4/5 matches. I would say that I'm just unlucky but this is normal and why dedicated servers is needed regardless.

Maybe it’s time to upgrade your hardware or internet provider, Mr. Coconut.

XBOX player here (game has never crashed on me, only in-match host disconnections when I’m survivor). The Servers were turned off for us so DC rates are still up.
