There has been an influx of killers using VPNs.
Why is this?
It's very clear that killers get priority over all hits. As long as the killer is close on their screen, the hit will register, regardless of how far you are.
There has been a huge amount of killers, especially players from China, who are somehow getting matched into my games when I'm on the west coast.
Thoughts and opinions on this? Should this be disallowed? It's clear the intention is to gain an advantage.

Its not clear at all. What if they just can't play on china servers due to queue times and such. If anticheat doesnt pick it up it aint cheating. If it's improbable to track then it aint worth it. Vpns can be used for tons of things and sadly getting that advantage is one of them but it's near impossible to tell if that's the case at all.
