What Can Killer Do?
I guess I could post my stream clip but I'm not trying to self advertise here. So I'll just explain the situation.
Playing survivor. Had to unhook 3 ppl. So the 2 perks important for this story are that I had BT and DS.
2 of us on hook. I got unhooked and healed with We'll Make It, and headed straight to the other guy.
Killer saw me jogging my beautiful self over there so he followed. Now what can he do? I went for the unhook and he caught me mid-animation. I DS'd him and unhooked with BT during the stun. And took off. Dead hard was there if I needed it. But he hit the freshly unhooked and ate the BT. That was the end.
I was full health with DS. I guess BT doesn't REALLY matter for the story. But it makes it worse.
If he left me, I unhook them.
Lunge attack? Same thing. I take a health state hit and unhook them.
If he gets the grab (like he did), as long as I hit the skillcheck, I unhook them.
Is there a scenario I'm missing where the killer keeps either of us down or on the hook? He couldn't slug, he didn't camp or tunnel... He just saw me from a short distance and was right there with me at the hook.
I felt slimy but I guess it's part of the mechanics of DS?
