Should We Have More CUSTOM Terror Radii?

As we all know with basic killer statistics, there is an overwhelming majority that are [4.6m/s, 32m TR, Large] killers. It's a nice and easy mould to make. Occasionally we get some like the Pig or the Legion who are Medium, instead of Large.

There is also the Hag and the Spirit who are slower, but with a 24m terror radius to compensate.

Today, though, I'd like to focus more on two of the more unique killers and how their statistics work into the game: Michael Myers and the Huntress.

Myers starts the game with ZERO terror radius, but is barely faster than a survivor. He then goes to a more standardised speed, but has only a 16m Terror Radius, something that is only achieved by the Spirit or Hag equipping a specific perk, Monitor & Abuse.

Huntress has a 20m base terror radius, but she does have a 40m lullaby range since she is a lethal long range killer.

People have also been calling for Deathslinger (while still on the PTB for future historians) to be changed from the 110% or 4.4m/s movement speed to the 115% or 4.6m/s, but this does bring a huge concern to this point: if they DO buff his movement speed, will they also increase his terror radius to compensate? And THIS is why I have decided to ask this question: Should the game have more customisable statistics outsidsoe of niche perks, or rather should something like a terror radius be considered as something to account into a character's balance?

There are quite a few perks with terror radius effects out there, but not many of them are used. Distressing and Monitor & Abuse being the only ones that are commonly seen. Distressing on Doctor, who loves a larger terror radius, since his power is specifically affected by it, and M&A used on a lot more stealthy killers and Legion. There was also once a time where Pig had a 28m terror radius base!

I'd like to see more of this manipulation or even the possibility of slightly weaker powers added, but the killer has a different, and generally smaller radius to compensate. Or even something like with Oni, similar to the Doctor's Calm add-ons, has a reduced Terror Radius while his power is charging. When you have enough blood, it returns to the standard 32m, but while you need blood is smaller.

So, why don't we have more of these custom radii within the game? Would it spice things up for both sides? Would it make terror radius perks more viable or would it weaken them further? Should some killers be allowed to move at 4.6m/s with a smaller terror radius without using Monitor & Abuse? How will changing a statistic like this change the killer meta and how some are played?

Let me know what you think below, and please be constructive, critical and thoughtful. This is a DISCUSSION after all.

I have an idea of Killer able to either Walk or Run like Survivors.

Their walking speed is slower, and so does TR get smaller. But only apply to some Killers (I dont think walking animation suit some killers like Spirit or Huntress, Billy..)
