News on the info about the future patch?

So I was just wondering since we are near to the next chapter when will the info for the next patch be released? Normally I would guess at the same time with the patch, but I wasn't sure since there's a lot of new changes coming to the live version. Matchmaking, if sabotaging hooks will be the same as it was in the PTB, if the new killer will be buffed or not, etc.
